RI President Ray Klinginsmith Speaks at World Peace & Understanding Dinner

Scarborough was well represented by eleven members and guests. President Ray gave an inspiring speach about the many opportunities for Rotary to promote goodwill and frioendship through its multiple programs, incluiding, of course, its signature campaign to eradicate polio throughout the world. The dinner took the place of the regular club meeting.
