What makes a good goal and how to increase your motivation within so you achieve both success and personal satisfaction was the topic of Vocational Service program "Linking Leaders: Developing the Leader Within. Past President and Owner of Walden Woods Leadership, Inc. Phil Giordano facilitated the motivational 1 1/2 hour workshop on Tuesday.
Rotary promotes high ethical and professional standards, and presents leadership and personal and professional growth opportunities through one of the five "Avenues of Service", called "Vocational Service". The others are "Community Service", International Service", "Club Service" and "New Generations".
The next leadership workshop is August 28th and is titled: Mindset that can enhance or derail. No charge to members.
